Topographic Surveys

Do you have drainage problems? Do you need a site design?

A topographic survey shows a graphic delineation of natural and man-made features of a site and their relative positions and elevations. In order to perform a topographic survey, we visit the site, locate the boundaries, and measure the dimensions and locations of physical improvements on the property. We then measure spot elevations and locate ditches, watercourses, waterfront structures, overhead utilities, and visible evidence of underground utilities.

Topographic Surveys May Be Used For:

  • Site Design for New Buildings, Parking Lots, &
  • Additions to Existing Buildings & Parking Lots • Design of Waterfront Structures
